Visitors to the 2011 Harvest of the Arts Oktoberfest in Downtown Saline can expect to find the best in art and entertainment.    This year, we've expanded the fun and have added a festive Bier Garten for Friday Night!  Please join us for Food, Beer & Wine and great German entertainment from 5pm to 11pm on Friday, September 23.  Proceeds from the Friday Night Bier Garten will benefit the Route '12 to Main Street campaign - Saline is vying to become a Michigan Main Street Community! We hope that you will  join us for all the fun - the finest in juried art show, traditional Oktoberfest with a Bier Garten and German food favorites, Fireman's Chili Challenge, Baker's Nook Kinderplatz!, a 5k/10 Volksmarch, Culinary Student's Bake Sale, glorious Quilt Show, hands-on activities for children led by the Scrap Box of Ann Arbor, adult hands-on art led by the Two Twelve Arts Center, and all-day live music on the Main Stage and Local Stage! We pride ourselves on true small town hospitality and a safe, friendly event environment.
