A charming small town of approximately 10,000, Saline is situated just 10 minutes south
of Ann Arbor and 45 minutes west of Detroit, Michigan. Saline was founded by Orange Risdon in 1823, incorporated as a city in 1931, and has enjoyed steady growth as an active community for more than 160 years. Saline also boasts an excellent school system and dynamic elected and employed city staff. But Saline's greatest asset is the wonderful people who choose to live here, work her and play here. Just spend a day with us and you'll see why being in Saline is like going home.
